Indonesians living in Aceh province who have been displaced by the Indian Ocean tsunami have begun moving into the first of a series of government-built camps.
The Indonesian government says the barracks that it is building will give people in the province better temporary accommodation.
However, aid agencies say such semi-permanent housing encourages people to depend on relief supplies.
More than 400,000 displaced people are scattered around the province in the north of Sumatra Island as a result of the 26 December tsunami, which left 240,000 people dead or listed as missing.
Officials said 803 barracks would be built by the government by 15 March, which could accommodate 9,730 families. Of that number, 273 have been built so far.
