12 Polish and Lithuanian workers have been picketing a luxury development in Co Westmeath over low pay.
SIPTU says the workers at the Royal Canal housing site outside Mullingar are only being paid 11 cent per block, and get no wet pay.
The union says this is in breach of employment legislation.
