The Taoiseach, Bertie Ahern, has left Hong Kong after leading a week-long trade mission to China.
Irish companies secured contracts worth more than €125 million during the visit.
Summing up the mission, Mr Ahern said that China would be the world's number one economy within 15 years and it was vital for Irish companies to enter that market.
