A newspaper journalist has been summoned to appear before the Mahon Tribunal concerning leaked witness statements.
Barry O'Kelly of the Sunday Business Post will appear for cross-examination along with his company's chief executive, Anthony Dinan, on Monday 29 November.
The newspaper published extracts of statements given by former cabinet members concerning the allegations of Tom Gilmartin before they were released at the public hearing.
It has also published leaks concerning the Carrickmines module.
Tribunal rejects Lawlor claims
The Tribunal earlier rejected claims by Liam Lawlor that it was unfair to ask him about Dublin land deals that link him to amusement arcade owner Jim Kennedy.
In a submission, Mr Lawlor claimed that the inquiry was breaching fair procedures during the Carrickmines module by asking him about ownership of lands at Cruck House, Coolamber and Baldoyle.
He said the Tribunal was trying to make a case against him that he was a beneficial owner of lands in Carrickmines and involved with Mr Kennedy in rezoning attempts.
However, in his ruling today, Chairman Judge Alan Mahon said that asking a witness if they owned land was not a trick question and did not require research.
