Two Palestinian boys killed in Gaza Strip

It is reported that two Palestinian boys were killed in the northern Gaza Strip when an Israeli tank fired shells at a group of people.

The latest incident near the Jabalya refugee camp comes as the Israeli Army continues its massive raid of the area in an effort to find militants.

The Israelis say the Palestinian group was trying to launch a rocket.

However, local witnesses said the two, aged 12 and 14, that were killed in the blast had been rummaging through the rubble of a youth club that had been destroyed two days ago.

Separately, a 16-year-old Palestinian that was hit in the neck by Israeli fire in the same area last Friday has died in hospital.
