The International Transport Workers' Federation is launching a new website today which it says will enable Ryanair workers to speak out without the fear of being sacked.
It is being launched because of concerns that staff are afraid of asserting their rights for fear of jeopardising their jobs.
Ryanair has always refused to recognise unions, but a spokesperson said the company's staff are better paid than ITF members at many other airlines.
