DUP MP Jeffrey Donaldson has said he believes IRA decommissioning will have to be completed within a defined time scale if the impasse in the Northern peace process is to be broken.
Mr Donaldson was speaking in west Belfast last night where he was one of the guests at a panel discussion as part of the Féile an Phobail festival.
Leading Sinn Féin members, including Gerry Adams, were in the audience.
Mr Donaldson said unionists did not trust the IRA and they wanted decommissioning dealt with in a transparent manner.
