Australia's Foreign Minister, Alexander Downer has said he will not bow to terrorist threats made by a group claiming to be the European wing of al-Qaeda.
The group, which calls itself the Islamic Tawhid Group, warned that it would carry out car bombings in both Australia and Italy unless both countries withdrew their troops from Iraq.
