Ryanair says it has dismissed two senior members of its cabin crew after an incident in which two off-duty staff members travelled in the toilets of an aircraft.
The incident took place on a flight from Spain in July, and the airline says the plane's captain has resigned.
In a statement, Ryanair said the cabin crew in question were travelling back from leave and were aware that the aircraft was full.
It added that they acted in breach of all its boarding and operating procedures but with the approval of the aircraft's captain.
