Disturbances were reported in Lurgan in Co Armagh last night after a parade by the Royal Black Preceptory.
The local SDLP MLA, Dolores Kelly, said the loyalist organisation should be banned from ever marching in the town again.
Ms Kelly claimed the order's members had breached a Parades Commission determination.
