The Mahon Tribunal adjourned proceedings today after a barrister was taken ill.
Paul Sreenan SC, who represents Cork developer Owen O'Callaghan, collapsed shortly after 11am and was brought to hospital by ambulance.
Mr O'Callaghan was on the stand being cross-examined by Liam Lawlor at the time.
Tribunal Chairman Alan Mahon agreed to a request from Mr O'Callaghan's legal team for an adjournment in his evidence until next week.
