Israel's Defence Ministry has said it will respect a ruling by the country's Supreme Court and alter the route of its controversial West Bank barrier.
Earlier today, the court ordered that changes be made to the route of the barrier to minimise hardships to Palestinians living north of Jerusalem.
The ruling comes ahead of an expected decision next month by the International Court of Justice, which was asked by the United Nations to examine the barrier's legality.
