Iraq's Governing Council, the US-led administration and the United Nations have agreed on the membership of the cabinet that will run an Iraqi government, according to a senior member of the council.
The council member said that the oil minister, defence minister, foreign minister and finance minister have all been named and come from a number of different Iraqi groups.
Yesterday, the British educated Iyad Allawi was named as the transitional Prime Minister who will take power on 30 June.
