Two Palestinians have been killed and a third man seriously hurt in an explosion in the West Bank town of Nablus.
There are conflicting reports about the incident; witnesses said the blast was caused by an air strike on a car, but other reports suggest it happened when the men were handling explosives. Israel denied any involvement.
