The US President, George W Bush, has suffered minor injuries after he fell off his mountain bike while cycling on his ranch in Texas.
White House officials confirmed that the 57-year-old had cycled a distance of around 25 km when he toppled over while riding downhill on loose soil.
He suffered minor abrasions and scratches on his chin, upper lip, his nose, right hand and both knees.
President Bush's personal physician, Dr Richard Tubb, has described his condition as 'fine'.
