At least 14 people have been killed in a suicide bomb attack at a Shi'ite Muslim mosque in the Pakistani city of Karachi.
Over 125 people were injured in the blast.
The explosion happened during Friday prayers at the mosque in the city's business district.
A local government official said that the mosque was packed with people when the bomb exploded.
