A new scientific study says there has been a significant drop in the number of AIDS cases in Uganda.
The study in the medical journal Science attributes the decrease to a successful public education campaign.
The campaign has led to a reduction in the number of cases of casual sex, as well as willingness on the part of Ugandans to openly discuss HIV issues.
