Fine Gael leader Enda Kenny has urged voters to use the local and European elections on 11 June as a 'Citizens' Referendum' to begin the process of changing the Government.
Opening his party's Ard Fheis in Dublin, Mr Kenny also urged Fine Gael supporters to continue their preferences for Labour and the Greens.
He claimed that Fine Gael was the fastest growing political party in Ireland, and said Ireland needs a strong Fine Gael to lead the next Government.
