Six killed in Iraq mosque blast

At least six people were killed and dozens injured in a bomb blast during Friday prayers at a Shi'ite mosque in the central Iraqi town of Baquba, north of Baghdad.

A local policeman said a gas cylinder packed with explosives was left on a bicycle outside the mosque.

Elsewhere, rockets were fired at a hotel in central Baghdad used by foreigners. No injuries were reported.

Two rockets hit the fifth floor of the Burj al-Hayat, which is mainly used by foreign contractors and business people.
