The TUI says it has agreed significant improvements in pay and conditions for part-time teachers in second-level schools.
Casual part-time teachers, working less than 150 hours a year, are to get a 30% pay rise.
And part-time teachers employed for the full school year will be paid at the same hourly rate as permanent teachers.
