A further interim report of the inspectors appointed to investigate National Irish Bank was presented to the High Court today.
However Mr Justice Peter Kelly remarked it was unfortunate that the two inspectors had not received the kind of co-operation they should have expected.
He told the inspectors they could apply to the court if the difficulties continued.
