The Minister for Health Micheál Martin has said he is considering a report into the death of a 2-year-old girl after her operation was postponed at Crumlin Children's Hospital.
Roisin Ruddle's operation was called off because of a lack of nurses in intensive care at Our Lady's Hospital on the day.
Mr Martin last night received the Eastern Regional Health Authority report into her death.
Copies of the report have also been sent to all the parties involved.
However, the Minister has declined to comment on the contents of the report until all parties involved have been consulted.
