120 reported dead in South Korean arson attack

120 people are reported to have been killed in this morning's fire in an underground train in South Korea.

The disaster occurred in the city of Daegu, 120 miles southeast of Seoul.

Another 99 people are reported to be missing and 136 are injured.

Firefighters with breathing apparatus are continuing to search the burnt-out carriages.

Police say it was caused by arson, and they are continuing to question a 56-year-old man, who is said to have a history of mental illness.
