The Flood Tribunal has ordered the Fianna Fáil Councillor Tony Fox to produce a new affidavit after lawyers for the councillor produced four new documents this morning.
Mr Fox has claimed that the documents only came to light earlier this week.
The councillor has vehemently denied claims by Frank Dunlop that he accepted corrupt payments.
Also at the Tribunal today, Frank Dunlop agreed that he was 'taking on' the former Fine Gael leader John Bruton by making allegations that have been strongly contested by Mr Bruton.
Mr Dunlop was being questioned by lawyers for Tony Fox.
Referring to evidence Mr Dunlop gave yesterday concerning a meeting with Mr Bruton in the early 90s, Frank Dunlop accepted lawyer Breffni Gordon's assertion that either John Bruton was telling lies or he was.
