One hundred and forty-five jobs are to be created by a newly launched regional airline in Cork.
Jetmagic plans to operate services from Cork Airport to the UK and the Continent.
The company's Chief Executive, Patrick Raftery, said flights would begin in April, but details of destinations and prices would not be announced until next month.
The airline is backed by a number of Cork-based investors, and has a fleet of three 37-seat jets.
Aer Rianta Cork has welcomed the new home-based airline.
