The findings of a new opinion poll indicate that almost a third of the electorate remain undecided about how they will vote in Saturday's referendum on the Nice Treaty.
The Lansdowne Market Research survey for the Star newspaper found that 39% of voters intended to vote Yes, while 22% said they would vote No.
Seven per cent said they would not vote, while 31% were still undecided.
The survey was carried out on Saturday 12 October and Sunday 13 October. 1,101 voters were surveyed at 100 locations nationwide.
57% of those polled said that they would certainly vote. The turnout for the constitutional referenda last June was 34%.
Among those certain to vote, 52% intend to vote Yes, while 25% intend to vote No. Among those not very likely to vote, 20% would vote Yes, while 52% would vote No.
