The British Prime Minister, Tony Blair, has told his cabinet that there is no doubt that Iraq is continuing to build weapons of mass destruction.
Mr Blair held the cabinet meeting tonight, ahead of a full parliamentary debate on the matter.
At the meeting, Mr Blair revealed a dossier of intelligence on Saddam Hussein which is to be made public tomorrow.
