The British actor, Sir Nigel Hawthorne, has died. He was 72. Sir Nigel was best known for his role as Sir Humphrey Appleby in the BBC comedy series "Yes Minister" and "Yes Prime Minister" and for his performance in the title role of the film, "The Madness of King George". He was also an accomplished stage actor.
