A senior Palestinian negotiator has said Israel has agreed to release all its Palestinian prisoners once a framework peace deal has been signed. At least 1,600 Palestinians prisoners are being held in Israeli prisons. Last month demonstrations in the West Bank prompted the Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak to suspend negotiations with the Palestinians. The talks will resume in Washington on Monday.
