A woman suicide bomber killed 13 people and wounded 27 near the Prime Minister's office in the Sri Lankan capital, Colombo. Ministers were due to arrive for a Cabinet meeting. Two policewomen and two policemen were among the dead. Three weeks ago, another woman suicide bomber killed 27 people and wounded over 100, including Sri Lanka's President, who may lose her sight in one eye. Tamil Tiger separatists are being blamed for both attacks.
