Telecom shares have slipped to their lowest level since flotation today, the launch day for Eircom - Telecom's new name. The shares dropped 4 cents to 415 cents, just 25 cents above the flotation price. The shares hit a high of just over 500 cents on the first day of trading but have been sliding steadily over the last six weeks.
