The Toughmac Subaru of Bertie Fisher and Rory Kennedy has won the AA Circuit
of Ireland Rally. Fisher's third victory on the event over five years came by a margin of 1:13 over Armagh's Andrew Nesbitt, who lead the rally for almost three days. Ian Greer was third with Eamonn Boland fourth and Derek McGarritty fifth. The Group N category was won by Seamus Leonard.
Fisher stole an advantage over Nesbitt on the night stages north of Drogheda yesterday evening. The AA Circuit of Ireland Historic Rally was won by John Keatly in a Porsche 911 yesterday.
