Thousands of residents in Australia's Northwest are being evacuated from the region because of a cyclone warning. Officials said winds of up to 180 miles an hour are expected.
The Bureau of Meteorology has upgraded the intensity of Cyclone Vance to a severe category five, which is classed as "extremely dangerous with potential for widespread destruction".
