Ingredients
- 150g flour
- 75g cocoa
- 130g brown sugar
- 290 caster sugar
- 175g melted and cooled butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 125g dark chocolate
- 140g smooth peanut butter
- 150g raspberries
Method
1. Mix the flour, cocoa, sugars, butter, vanilla and eggs in a large bowl until smooth
2. Add the chopped chocolate and combine
3. Preheat oven 160 degrees
4. Lightly grease muffin tray or use muffin cases
5. Divide the mixture between the tins and top each one with a spoon of peanut butter and 2-3 raspberries
6. Bake for 30-40 minutes until the puddings are set.
7. Let them sit for 5 minutes before taking out of the tin.
