Ingredients

  • 125g butter melted and cooled
  • 225g self raising flour
  • 220g caster sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 125ml milk
  • 500g peaches slices
  • 125g raspberries

Method

  1. Place the butter, flour, sugar and vanilla, baking powder, eggs and milk in a bowl and whisk until well combined.
  2. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
  3. Lightly grease a baking tin and use grease proof paper.
  4. Spread the cake mixture into the tin, press down the fruit on top.
  5. Bake for 50-55 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool and serve with cream.
