Ingredients
Serves 2
Base:
- 200g milk chocolate
- 150g 0-cal yogurt
- 1 pack (85g) raspberry jelly
- 30ml hot water
Topping:
- 100g white chocolate
Garnish:
- Freeze-dried raspberries or mixed berries
- Pinch of sea salt (optional)
Method
- Dissolve jelly in hot water, mix in yoghurt, and pour into a mould to halfway. Chill for 1–2 hours.
- Melt milk chocolate and layer on top. Chill again. Melt white chocolate and pour over the set base.
- Garnish with freeze-dried berries and a pinch of sea salt.
- Refrigerate until fully set, then unmould and slice.
