Look Who's Hangry: James Doyle's giant milk chocolate bar with yoghurt jelly & white chocolate

Ingredients

Serves 2

Base:

  • 200g milk chocolate
  • 150g 0-cal yogurt
  • 1 pack (85g) raspberry jelly
  • 30ml hot water

Topping:

  • 100g white chocolate

Garnish:

  • Freeze-dried raspberries or mixed berries
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Method

  1. Dissolve jelly in hot water, mix in yoghurt, and pour into a mould to halfway. Chill for 1–2 hours.
  2. Melt milk chocolate and layer on top. Chill again. Melt white chocolate and pour over the set base.
  3. Garnish with freeze-dried berries and a pinch of sea salt.
  4. Refrigerate until fully set, then unmould and slice.
