Ingredients

- 8 potatoes
- 200ml cream
- 8 slices mozzarella
- 8 slices ham
- Chives
- Salt and pepper
- 3 eggs
- Flour
- Polenta
- Icing sugar
- Chili powder
- Oil for deep frying
Method
- Boil and rice the potatoes. Stir in 200ml cream until smooth, season well.
- Add ham and cheese to cooled mash. Roll into doughnut shapes and freeze until firm.
- Dip in flour, egg wash, and polenta. Deep fry at 170°C until golden.
- Dust with chili icing sugar before serving.
