Funké Egberongbe's tofu salad: Today
Ingredients
- Freshest Baby Leaves
- Rocket leaves
- Shredded Beetroot
- Vinaigrette Dressing
- Tofu
- Aromat
- Smoked Paprika
- Dry parsley
Method
- Dice the tofu into a large bowl
- Add a pinch of dry parsley,
- A pinch of aromat seasoning,
- 1 tsp of smoked paprika
- Gently toss tofu in the seasonings, and place on a greased proof tray
- Preheat oven to 180⁰C, and cook for 15 minutes, turning the tofu between cooking time.
- Allow to cool to room temperature before adding to salad.
- Assemble salad and add Tofu to it. Don't forget your Vinaigrette Dressing!
