Ingredients

  • Freshest Baby Leaves
  • Rocket leaves
  • Shredded Beetroot
  • Vinaigrette Dressing
  • Tofu
  • Aromat
  • Smoked Paprika
  • Dry parsley

Method

  1. Dice the tofu into a large bowl
  2. Add a pinch of dry parsley,
  3. A pinch of aromat seasoning,
  4. 1 tsp of smoked paprika
  5. Gently toss tofu in the seasonings, and place on a greased proof tray
  6. Preheat oven to 180⁰C, and cook for 15 minutes, turning the tofu between cooking time.
  7. Allow to cool to room temperature before adding to salad.
  8. Assemble salad and add Tofu to it. Don't forget your Vinaigrette Dressing!
