Fresh and creamy, this is a luxurious pasta dish.
Ingredients

- 400g linguine
- 400g cherry tomatoes
- 2x 125g burrata
- 1 red onion
- Basil leaves
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
Method
- First remember to keep the burrata out of the fridge an hour before start.
- Pour EVO into the pan, add the chopped red onion, let it saute until soft.
- Then add the chopped cherry tomatoes, the basil leaves and the salt as per taste. Let it cook for 5 minutes.
- When the pasta is ready, al dente, drain and put into the pan with the tomatoes. Let it saute for few minutes.
- Plate your dish , split the burrata in half and brake in each half on top of each dish.
- Finish with basil leaves on top.
