Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 400g linguine
  • 400g cherry tomatoes
  • 2x 125g burrata
  • 1 red onion
  • Basil leaves
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt

Method

  1. First remember to keep the burrata out of the fridge an hour before start.
  2. Pour EVO into the pan, add the chopped red onion, let it saute until soft.
  3. Then add the chopped cherry tomatoes, the basil leaves and the salt as per taste. Let it cook for 5 minutes.
  4. When the pasta is ready, al dente, drain and put into the pan with the tomatoes. Let it saute for few minutes.
  5. Plate your dish , split the burrata in half and brake in each half on top of each dish.
  6. Finish with basil leaves on top.
  7. Buon Appetito!
