Ingredients

Serve: 4

  • 8 prawns
  • 200g squids
  • 400g mussels
  • 400g fish mix (hake,cod,salmon, etc)
  • 200g cherry tomatoes
  • 200g tomato passata
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Half cup of white wine
  • Parsley
  • EVO
  • Chilli
  • Salt

Method

  1. In a pot put garlic, EVO, chilli and let it saute for 1 minute, then add the squids.
  2. Let it cook for 5 minutes and then add the fish mix.
  3. After 10 minutes, stirring from time to time, pour the wine into the pot and let it evaporate.
  4. Then add the cherry tomatoes and the passata.
  5. Add 500ml of boiling water and let the zuppa cook for 10 more minutes.
  6. Lastly, add mussels and prawns, stir it and adjust of salt, let it cook for few more minutes then switch off.
  7. Season with parsley and EVO on top.
  8. Serve with toasted sourdough bread.
