Ingredients

- 8 prawns
- 200g squids
- 400g mussels
- 400g fish mix (hake,cod,salmon, etc)
- 200g cherry tomatoes
- 200g tomato passata
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Half cup of white wine
- Parsley
- EVO
- Chilli
- Salt
Method
- In a pot put garlic, EVO, chilli and let it saute for 1 minute, then add the squids.
- Let it cook for 5 minutes and then add the fish mix.
- After 10 minutes, stirring from time to time, pour the wine into the pot and let it evaporate.
- Then add the cherry tomatoes and the passata.
- Add 500ml of boiling water and let the zuppa cook for 10 more minutes.
- Lastly, add mussels and prawns, stir it and adjust of salt, let it cook for few more minutes then switch off.
- Season with parsley and EVO on top.
- Serve with toasted sourdough bread.
