Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 250g x 4 tuna steak
  • 1 orange
  • 1lime
  • Rocket salad
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Salt & pepper
  • EVO

Method

  1. First put the tuna to marinate into a bowl with the juice of the orange and the lime, add the pepper. Cover with cling film and put it in the fridge for half an hour.
  2. Then take the tuna out of the bowl and leave the marinating juice for later.
  3. Put a pan on the high flame, when hot put a drop of EVO into it, put the tuna steak into the pan and cook for 2/3 minutes per side. Take the tuna out of the pan and let it rest for 2 minutes.
  4. In the meantime prepare the plates with a bed of rocket salad and cherry tomatoes.
  5. Then add to the marinating juice 2 tablespoon of EVO and mix it to create a smooth mixture.
  6. Slice the tuna, put it on the plate with the rocket salad and the cherry tomatoes. Add salt as per taste and season with the mixture created before.
