Ingredients
Serves 4
- 250g x 4 tuna steak
- 1 orange
- 1lime
- Rocket salad
- Cherry tomatoes
- Salt & pepper
- EVO
Method
- First put the tuna to marinate into a bowl with the juice of the orange and the lime, add the pepper. Cover with cling film and put it in the fridge for half an hour.
- Then take the tuna out of the bowl and leave the marinating juice for later.
- Put a pan on the high flame, when hot put a drop of EVO into it, put the tuna steak into the pan and cook for 2/3 minutes per side. Take the tuna out of the pan and let it rest for 2 minutes.
- In the meantime prepare the plates with a bed of rocket salad and cherry tomatoes.
- Then add to the marinating juice 2 tablespoon of EVO and mix it to create a smooth mixture.
- Slice the tuna, put it on the plate with the rocket salad and the cherry tomatoes. Add salt as per taste and season with the mixture created before.
