Mix all ingredients together, toss the chicken in the mixture thoroughly, season with freshly ground black pepper. Add 4 tablespoons cooking oil and toss.
Preheat Airfryer to 200°c add chicken wings do not overload and cook for 20 minutes turning occasionally.
Heat butter in small saucepan add garlic and hot sauce mix well, place cooked chicken wings in a large bowl add hot sauce and toss.
Place wings in serving dish and garnish with spring onion and chillies.
Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
