Ingredients

  • 1kg Chicken Wings
  • 2 Tablespoons Cornflour
  • 2 Tablespoons Smoked Paprika
  • Tablespoon Dried Chillies
  • Teaspoons dried Rosemary
  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic Granules
  • 2 Teaspoons Onion salt
  • 5 Tablespoons Hot Sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic peeled and crushed
  • 200g butter
  • 4 Spring Onions chopped
  • 2 Red Chillis thinly sliced.
  • 100g Blue Cheese
  • 150ml Yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 5 Tablespoons Hot Sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic peeled and crushed
  • 200g butter
  • 4 Spring Onions chopped
  • 2 Red Chillis thinly sliced

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together, toss the chicken in the mixture thoroughly, season with freshly ground black pepper. Add 4 tablespoons cooking oil and toss.
  2. Preheat Airfryer to 200°c add chicken wings do not overload and cook for 20 minutes turning occasionally.
  3. Heat butter in small saucepan add garlic and hot sauce mix well, place cooked chicken wings in a large bowl add hot sauce and toss.
  4. Place wings in serving dish and garnish with spring onion and chillies.
  5. Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
