Ingredients
- 1kg Chicken Wings
- 2 Tablespoons Cornflour
- 2 Tablespoons Smoked Paprika
- Tablespoon Dried Chillies
- Teaspoons dried Rosemary
- 2 Teaspoons Garlic Granules
- 2 Teaspoons Onion salt
- 5 Tablespoons Hot Sauce
- 4 cloves garlic peeled and crushed
- 200g butter
- 4 Spring Onions chopped
- 2 Red Chillis thinly sliced.
- 100g Blue Cheese
- 150ml Yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon chopped parsley
- 5 Tablespoons Hot Sauce

Method
- Mix all ingredients together, toss the chicken in the mixture thoroughly, season with freshly ground black pepper. Add 4 tablespoons cooking oil and toss.
- Preheat Airfryer to 200°c add chicken wings do not overload and cook for 20 minutes turning occasionally.
- Heat butter in small saucepan add garlic and hot sauce mix well, place cooked chicken wings in a large bowl add hot sauce and toss.
- Place wings in serving dish and garnish with spring onion and chillies.
- Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
