Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 160g Milk
  • 160g Double Cream
  • 10g Caster Sugar
  • 200g Chocolate ( Dark)
  • 5g Sea Salt Flakes
  • Zest of 1 Orange
  • Vanilla Essence
  • 100ml Cream Whipped

Method

  1. Place a bowl over a pot of boiling water and whisk the eggs, sugar, milk and cream until light and foamy.
  2. Add the chocolate and take off the heat. Once chocolate melts whisk all together.
  3. Add the orange zest and combine.
  4. Pour into a clean dish and cover with cling film.
  5. Chill overnight or for at least 7 hours until it sets.
  6. To serve using a dessert spoon place it in boiling water and slide spoon along the set chocolate to create a a swirl effect.
  7. Place on a plate and sprinkle sea salt flakes on top.
  8. Add vanilla to cream and whip. Serve chocolate with vanilla cream and fresh raspberries.
