Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 160g Milk
- 160g Double Cream
- 10g Caster Sugar
- 200g Chocolate ( Dark)
- 5g Sea Salt Flakes
- Zest of 1 Orange
- Vanilla Essence
- 100ml Cream Whipped
Method
- Place a bowl over a pot of boiling water and whisk the eggs, sugar, milk and cream until light and foamy.
- Add the chocolate and take off the heat. Once chocolate melts whisk all together.
- Add the orange zest and combine.
- Pour into a clean dish and cover with cling film.
- Chill overnight or for at least 7 hours until it sets.
- To serve using a dessert spoon place it in boiling water and slide spoon along the set chocolate to create a a swirl effect.
- Place on a plate and sprinkle sea salt flakes on top.
- Add vanilla to cream and whip. Serve chocolate with vanilla cream and fresh raspberries.
