Ingredients
Serves: 4
For the chicken:
- 4 large chicken breasts
- 100g flour
- 3 eggs (whisked)
- 500g cornflakes
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne
For the sweet chilli sauce:
- 3 tbls sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tbls honey
- 2 tbls soy sauce
- 2 tbls siracha
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper
For the Rice
- 4 portions of rice
- 2 mixed peppers
- 2 tsp Black Sesame seeds
Method
For the chicken
- Coat the diced chicken in the spices, then in the flour, eggs, and crushed cornflakes.
- Cook in the Ninja Air Fryer for 12 mins at 160C or until the meat has reached 75oC or above.
For the sauce
- Mix all ingredients together and coat the chicken when cooked.
For the rice
- Sweat off the peppers in a separate zone in the Ninja air fryer at 200C for 5 mins.
- Add in the rice for a further 3 mins and garnish with sesame seeds.
