Ingredients
Serves 1 (contains approximately 162 kcal)
- 1 Rich Tea biscuit (8g)
- 100g quark
- 1 heaped teaspoon cocoa powder (5g)
- 1 heaped teaspoon honey (7g)
- 25g raspberries
Method
- Crumble the biscuit into the bottom of a ramekin. Mix the quark, cocoa powder and honey until smooth and then dollop over the biscuit base.
- Decorate with the raspberries and chill for at least an hour in the fridge to set.
