Ingredients
Serves 1 (contains approximately 278 kcal)
- 2 x 19g wholemeal cereal biscuits (such as Weetabix)
- 200ml low fat milk (1.5% fat)
- 2 teaspoons peanut butter (100% nuts)
- 25g blueberries
Method
- Put the wholemeal biscuits in a bowl and pour over the milk. The milk can also be heated in the microwave or in a saucepan on the hob if you would prefer it warm.
- Add a spoonful of the peanut butter to each one and scatter over the blueberries to serve.
