Ingredients

Serves: 2

  • Homemade corn tortilla
  • Chicken breast
  • Chicken stock
  • Spring onions
  • Fresh coriander
  • Sour cream
  • Feta cheese
  • Diced tomato
  • Diced red onion
  • Green tomatoes
  • Green courgettes
  • 1 pice of garlic
  • Salt & black pepper

Green salsa

  • 200g of green tomatoes
  • 50 g of green chilli
  • 50g of water
  • 1 piece of garlic
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Diced red onion
  • Coriander

Method

Homemade tortilla

  1. Put 200g of cornflour in a bowl. Add 100g of cold water and a pinch of salt and mix until it´s soft.
  2. Make a small bowl and then place it into the tortilla machine. Press carefully.
  3. Cut the chicken breast and put into small pieces. Introduce in the middle of the tortilla and wrap.
  4. Put it on a dry plate and cover. Start to heat the pan and fry the wrap at 180ºc .

Green salsa

In a blender introduce the greens tomato, chilli, water and garlic. When it is mixed introduce it in a bowl and add the diced red onion and coriander. Season it with salt and black pepper.
