Each ball contains approximately 200 kcal.
Ingredients
Makes 9 balls
- 120g rolled oats
- 180g natural peanut butter (no added sugar or salt)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Using your hands or a small ice cream scoop if you have one, form into 15 balls. If you find the mixture is a little sticky, then just wet your hands. Finally roll in the sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately and store the remainder in an airtight container for up to 7 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
