Happy Pancake Tuesday!
Ingredients
Sweet Pancakes
- 100g gluten free porridge oats
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 free range eggs
- Splash of oat milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
Savoury Pancakes
- 100g gluten free porridge oats
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 20g spinach
- 20g basil
- 30g feta
- Good splash of oat milk
Method
Sweet Pancakes
- Toppings of choice. I love Nobu free from hazelnut spread and chocolate drops.
- Blitz all up and fry on non stick frying pan for 3 to four minutes each side.
- Serve with berries, or yoghurt, chocolate spread or maple syrup!
Savoury Pancakes
- Blitz all up and fry on non stick pan for 3-4 minutes each side.
- Serve with oven roast cherry tomatoes and a little feta cheese sprinkled on top.
