Orla McAndrew's gluten & dairy free pancakes: Today

Happy Pancake Tuesday!

Ingredients

Sweet Pancakes

  • 100g gluten free porridge oats
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 free range eggs
  • Splash of oat milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Savoury Pancakes

  • 100g gluten free porridge oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 20g spinach
  • 20g basil
  • 30g feta
  • Good splash of oat milk

Method

Sweet Pancakes

  1. Toppings of choice. I love Nobu free from hazelnut spread and chocolate drops.
  2. Blitz all up and fry on non stick frying pan for 3 to four minutes each side.
  3. Serve with berries, or yoghurt, chocolate spread or maple syrup!

Savoury Pancakes

  1. Blitz all up and fry on non stick pan for 3-4 minutes each side.
  2. Serve with oven roast cherry tomatoes and a little feta cheese sprinkled on top.
