Ingredients
- 2 parts (60mL/ 2 Fl Oz) non-alcoholic spirit
- 1 part (30mL/ 1 Fl Oz) cloudy apple juice
- 0.5 parts (15mL/ 0.5 Fl Oz) lemon juice
- 0.5 parts (15mL/ 0.5 Fl Oz) pomegranate syrup
- 0.5 parts (15mL/ 0.5 Fl Oz) egg whites (or aquafaba)
- Tsp organic apple cider
Method
- Shake brief with ice, strain into coupette glass
- Garnish with a skewered cherry or dried orange wheel
